Joshua Tezak
Physiotherapist / Clinic Manager
Josh is the clinic manager for 360 Physio Revesby. He completed his Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at Macquarie University, during which he accumulated a wealth of experience in various hospitals and clinics around Sydney. Josh has a particular interest in treating neck and lower back dysfunction, as well as knee and ankle issues related to sports. Josh also loves improving the way people move through teaching clinical Pilates classes in the clinic.
Josh believes that getting people better involves more than just eliminating pain – it requires a careful analysis of their underlying contributing factors and what needs to be done to address them. This reduces the risk of their pain returning and allows them to keep doing the things they want to do.
When he’s not in the clinic, you can find Josh experimenting in the kitchen, or working on improving his running pace.
